Sam and Sara Richardson met while working at Wesley Woods Christian Camp & Conference Center in Grand Valley, PA. Sara grew up going to camp every summer, then worked on counseling staff for several years. Sam worked at camp as a lifeguard and counselor, then took a full-time position as the Program Director in 2013. That summer, God showed Sam & Sara that He had big plans for them, and in 2015, they started their adventure as husband and wife.
Sam Richardson is from Rixford, PA. He studied education at Edinboro University in Edinboro, PA, and graduated in 2012. Sam loves to be outside rock-climbing or riding his motorcycle, and enjoys taking kids on camping trips. He is passionate about learning new things and photography/filmography. Sam does not like spiders or mustard.
Sara (Toombs) Richardson is from Oil City, PA. She studied psychology and English at Thiel College in Greenville, PA and graduated in 2014. Sara loves to be on the go, seeing new places or watching musicals, and enjoys great conversations with teens. She is passionate about hearing others' stories and reading/writing. Sara does not like heights or ketchup.
